Tobias S. Richter, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Tobias looks back on an extensive experience in the implant industry. After his career start as a brand analyst and consultant in a management consulting in London UK, he first joined the Swiss-based market leader for dental implants and regenerative products STRAUMANN AG in 2001. In his five year tenure, he was instrumental in product management and global launch of new product innovations, - such as SLActive -, eventually being responsible for the Marketing in the European Region. In 2007, Tobias co-founded Implant Direct Europe AG where he build up the European business in 25 markets until the global business was sold to Sybron Dental Specialities. Tobias believes in the power of execution and excellence in design. He is a passionate musician with own music recordings and otherwise an enthusiast of the outdoors.

Zoltan Szakacs, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) 

Zoltan exposes a long-standing experience in the dental implant industry. After his dental medical studies, Zoltan expanded the family-owned dental clinic  whilst starting his own business as lead distributor for ZIMMER Dental for the Hungarian market. In his role, he quickly  accelerated to become one of the leading providers of dental implants in the Hungarian market. In his close network with leading practicioners such as Dr. Marius Steigmann or Dr. Toth, he developed new techniques and product solutions in the field of dental implants. His developments and patents led to the foundation of TRI Dental Implants with tremendous success in the Hungarian test market. Zoltan is a diligent thinker for product design and estehtics and  intrigued by the possibilities of technology.

Konstantin Heiermann, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Konstantin Heiermann joins the management team as Chief Financial Officer. In his position he is responsible for Finance and Operations. After completing his business of administration studies he gained his first experience as management deputy of arvato, the service department of Bertelsmann AG. Several optimization- and merger and acquisition projects followed within the AG before being promoted to the new Head of Finance of arvato in Switzerland being responsible for the departments Finance and Operations. The entrepreneurial challenge of building up and developing TRI Dental Implants Int. AG into a global company caught Konstantin Heiermann immediately and ever since he contributes to the sustainable development of the company.
